Along with being active in TAG, Rigor is also a part of ATDC and Atlanta Tech Village and credits these organizations with helping them grow and find clients in a very comfortable and organic way.
Though they often deal with fairly large companies, they do have a free tool that anyone can use to see how their website measures up! Try it on your website: http://webperformancegrader.com (I tried it on this site and got a 72). I guess I have a little work to do!
