DETAILS: Returning for the 10th rendition and presented by the Atlanta Foundation For Public Spaces, the two-day festival will feature over 125 skilled artisans and craftsmen, live music, a children’s area, gourmet food trucks and much more. This festival is free to attend, open to all ages and furry, four legged friends are welcome.

WHAT: Celebrate Day of the Dead: A Cultural Exploration!

DETAILS: Niños pequeños can visit Children’s Museum of Atlanta for a special celebration of the Day of the Dead with a guest performance by Alma Mexicana! The traditional Mexican holiday is a time for family and friends to join together and remember loved ones who have passed. Kids are invited to celebrate the music, movements and costumes of Dia de los Muertos with guest performer, Alma Mexicana Danza Folklorica, an Atlanta-based group that performs traditional Mexican dances. Little ones can also look forward to a Skeleton Family Dance with the Imaginators, storytime featuring “Rosita y Conchita” by Erich Haeger and the chance to build frames for family photos.

WHAT: Beardpunzel – The Bearded Princess 5K & 10K for No Shave November
WHEN: Complete your race any time by November 30, 2016
WHERE: This is a virtual race, so you can participate from anywhere in the world and we will ship your medal directly to you. You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).
COST: $18 and includes medal, bib and shipping.
DETAILS: Why do Disney Princesses get to have all the fun?  In honor of No Shave November, we are hosting The Bearded Princess 5K & 10K. We will also be donating  at least 15% of each registration to LOCKS OF LOVE, which provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
