In the headlines:

  • Tyler Perry’s current studio is on the market. This is a good sign that things are moving forward on the Fort McPherson deal.
  • Porsche’s North American headquarters and the Porsche Experience opened last week and they also announced a $500,000 donation to the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership.
  • Whole Foods will be the anchor of another new mixed use development in the works. This one will be in Chamblee, at the intersection of Peachtree Industrial and Johnson Ferry Road.
  • Kroger wants to takeover part of Sears’ space at Cumberland Mall. Weird.
