Dana had an engaging conversation on air this morning with Adrenaline’s Executive Director, Gina Bleedorn and Creative Director, Scott Hickman. Branding and creating the customer experience were the topics of discussion as they examined ways to reach Millennials and why companies should be genuine when advertising.

Adrenaline is an experience design agency focused on branding and creating the customer experience.

In the headlines:

  • Coke’s new milk product is not even on the shelves yet and they have already offended women with their advertising. Go figure.
  • The Supreme Court heard arguments yesterday in the case against UPS for putting a woman on unpaid leave after she was ordered by her doctors not to lift “anything heavy” during her pregnancy.
  • AT&T’s high speed, gigabit internet service rollout is back on again. The company had stated last month that they were putting the plan on hold until decisions were made on possible net neutrality regulations.
  • If you thought complaining via social media was the way to get companies to treat you better, you might be right. You could also be terribly wrong and end up like YouTube star Matthew Lush who is now banned from JetBlue airlines.
