Dr. Gilles LaMarche, Vice President of Professional Relations at Life University joined Dana in studio to talk LIFE Talks, the university’s new conference coming to Atlanta, April 23-24.

  • Is another Atlanta sports team moving to Cobb County? This is how rumors start… so there’s a new bidder who has shown some interest in buying into the team. His name is Mark Rachesky and the rumors are starting that IF he gets involved he MIGHT have some desire to move the team to Cobb County.
  • Atlanta’s plans for bike-sharing are moving forward. Mayor Reed has signed a contract with CycleHop that will bring us 500 bicycles and 50 rental stations set up throughout the city some time later this year.
  • Atlanta is among 12 cities in the running for a $1 million public art grant. 230 cities submitted and Atlanta is a finalist. Go team.
  • Film production in Georiga is at an all time high right now with 35 projects currently filming.
