In the guest chair:
Matt Anthony, Vice President of Marketing for Pindrop Security joined me to talk about their fraud-busting audio technology. It’s technology that seems like it comes right out of crime show on TV, but has actually been fictional up until now. With Pindrop Security, banks, for example, can determine where a call is originating from by the sounds on the call. So they can tell if it’s really me or some dude in a criminal call center in west Africa somewhere. And if it is the dude, they won’t give him my money! Very cool.
