- RadioShack is getting a $120 million investment from hedge funds and restructures debt.
- Sprint has announced layoffs to the tune of $160 million bucks. Sprint CEO Dan Hesse walked away from the carrier with severance pay exceeding $40 million in cash, stock and benefits
- The Georgia Supreme Court has sided with Brookhaven against the Pink Pony regarding serving alcohol.
