  • The Republicans in DC are putting together their plans to fight the FCC’s Net-Neutrality rules saying the utility-like regulation goes too far.
  • Microsoft upheld its promise to release it’s complete diversity numbers over the holiday break. And as admitted, they’re not good.
  • Companies along the streetcar line are looking forward to increased business now that construction is over, but not all are positive about the outlook.
  • Mercedes-Benz has announced that it’s US headquarters WILL move to Atlanta. Multiple sites are being considered.
  • In less positive development news, the bids for purchase of the Civic Center site in Midtown are in and they’re not what the city was hoping for.
