In the guest chair:
Heidi Morris, Owner of Boot camp in the Park joined us in the studio to talk about building a business around working out and getting fit.
Started 10 years ago for women that didn’t enjoy the gym, Heidi created Boot Camp in the Park with an outdoor setting and for women only. Boot camp in the Park is an effective workout program for women who want to reach their fitness goals.
As a business model, it’s kind of genius… no brick and mortar location allows for flexibility and organic growth, and Heidi has applied some interesting trades with other businesses to provide rewards to her members for working out.
