We had a busy day in the studio today. First up, Jacqui Chew of TEDx Peachtree joined us to share some background on TED and TEDx and shared some of this year’s plans for TEDx Peacthree. The conference will be held in October and this year’s theme is Illuminate!. They are still accepting speaker nominations and tickets will go on sale for the event in August. - And while we’re on the subject a new $41 Million project is set to address crashes and traffic in the new stadium area. We’ll tell you who’s paying for it and why it’s necessary.
- Did you ever wonder if Shark Tank really works for companies? Well it’s working for two Macon women. Tune in to hear about their money making pants.
- And speaking of pants and women – Kate Hudson is taking on LuLuLemon with a new line of very reasonably prices athletic wear. I’ll tell you why it’s great. And then I’m going to do what I do best – complain about it. 🙂
